GBU4M Bridge Rectifier

The GBU4M Bridge Rectifier provides reliable AC-to-DC conversion with a 4 A average forward current rating and a peak reverse voltage of 1000 V. Housed in a compact GBU package, it ensures stable DC output with low forward voltage drop and high surge-current tolerance. It is suitable for applications such as inverters, LED drivers, SMPS, UPS systems, motor drives, and solar power converters.
