Shipping Information
1. What shipping options are available at The Component Centre?
We usually dispatch parcels through Leopards Courier and TCS for safe and timely delivery. However, if the number of cartons is large, we ship the order via bilty (cargo service) to ensure efficient and secure transportation.
2. How long does delivery usually take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days in major cities and 3 to 5 working days for other areas, depending on courier service availability.
3. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 7:00 PM
4. How can I track my shipment?
After your order has been dispatched, a tracking slip will be provided via WhatsApp on the same number through which the order was placed.
Payment Information
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Cash, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, and Cheques only. These options ensure a secure and convenient transaction process for all our customers.
2. Can I pay after receiving my order (Cash on Delivery)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be confirmed and paid for in advance to process your shipment smoothly.
3. How can I confirm my payment?
Once you have made the payment, please share the transaction slip or screenshot via WhatsApp on our official number to confirm your order. We will verify and process your shipment accordingly.

1. Where is The Component Centre located?
Our outlet is located at Hassan Centre, Shop 5 & 6, Sohrab Katrak Road, Saddar Artillery Maidan, Karachi, 74400. You can also locate our outlet on Google Maps for easy directions.
2. What are your business hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM. You can call or visit us anytime during these hours.
