We use TCS and Leopards Courier as our trusted delivery partners for most orders, ensuring safe and timely delivery within 2–3 working days. For larger shipments or multiple cartons, we prefer reliable cargo services such as Asia Cargo, TM Cargo, Faisal Movers, or other suitable options depending on customer preference.

Our delivery charges depend on the weight and size of your order. The standard shipping fee for a normal box is Rs. 400/- across Pakistan. Charges for heavier or bulk shipments may vary based on courier or cargo selection.

Yes, absolutely. You can choose your preferred courier or cargo company at the time of order placement, and we’ll arrange the shipment accordingly.

We currently do not offer cash-on-delivery. All orders are dispatched after full payment is received. Once the payment is confirmed, your parcel is shipped the same day at 7:00 PM, and we’ll share the TCS, Leopards, or cargo slip (bilti) with you for tracking.

Yes, you can request a specific brand or component to be imported. However, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) must meet supplier requirements, and full advance payment is needed to confirm the order. Please note that payments for special import requests are non-refundable once confirmed.

We accept JazzCash, cash, and bank transfers for all orders. Once payment is received, we’ll confirm your transaction and proceed with processing your order.
