IKCM30F60HA – Intelligent Power Module (IPM)
The Infineon IKCM30F60HA is an intelligent power module (IPM) designed for industrial motor-control applications. It features TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT technology and a SOI (Silicon-On-Insulator) gate driver, supporting a 600 V blocking voltage and a 30 A nominal current. The module is suitable for driving three-phase AC motors, permanent-magnet motors, and variable-speed drives, offering stable electrical performance in demanding environments.
The IKCM30F60HA uses a fully isolated dual-in-line package for thermal conduction and electrical isolation. It includes built-in protections such as bootstrap functionality, over-current shutdown, under-voltage lockout, and cross-conduction prevention.
