The Kyocera AVX PD100KN16 is a high-reliability rectifier diode module designed for industrial power applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1600 V and an average rectified current of 100 A, with a series-connected silicon diode pair for efficient AC-to-DC conversion.
