The GD75PIY120C6S is an industrial Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) module designed for stable high-power switching in motor drives, inverters, UPS units, and renewable-energy systems. Using trench field-stop technology, it supports reduced conduction losses through a low collector–emitter saturation voltage. Its DBC copper baseplate improves thermal transfer and mechanical stability, making the module suitable for environments that require consistent operation.
With a 1200V collector–emitter voltage rating and a continuous collector current of 75A at 25°C, the GD75PIY120C6S maintains reliable switching behaviour at elevated thermal loads.
