Rated for 600 V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 60 A average forward current, the DSEI60‑06A is suitable for switched-mode power supplies (SMPS), motor control drives, HVAC systems, and other power converters. Its low forward voltage drop of up to 1.8 V at 70 A and high peak surge capacity (up to 550 A non-repetitive) provide stable performance under transient conditions. With fast reverse recovery times, typically 35 ns (maximum 50 ns), the diode reduces switching losses and minimizes interference in circuits.
