IKCM30F60HA – Intelligent Power Module for Industrial Applications
The Infineon IKCM30F60HA is an Intelligent Power Module (IPM) designed for industrial motor control applications. With a voltage rating of 600V and a current capacity of 30A, this module is suitable for controlling three-phase AC motors and permanent magnet motors in variable speed drives. It integrates TRENCHSTOP™ IGBTs and anti-parallel diodes, along with a SOI gate driver, ensuring reliable electrical performance in demanding environments.
The IKCM30F60HA features a fully isolated Dual In-Line molded package that provides thermal conduction and electrical isolation.
