The SKiiP 11NAB126V1 is a compact IGBT power module designed for low-power motor drives and inverters. It integrates a three-phase bridge rectifier, a brake chopper, and a three-phase bridge inverter into a single MiniSKiiP package, optimizing system design and supporting reliable operation. With a collector-emitter voltage rating of 1200 V and a nominal collector current of 8 A, it is suitable for applications requiring efficient power conversion in compact form factors.
The module features fast trench IGBT technology and freewheeling diodes in CAL technology, providing low conduction losses and efficient thermal management. Its spring-loaded contacts remove the need for soldering, simplifying assembly and improving mechanical stability.
