The PS21767 is an intelligent power module (IPM) designed to integrate drive circuitry, protection functions, and switching components in a compact, insulated dual-in-line package. Rated for 600 V collector-emitter voltage and 30 A continuous current, this module aims to deliver reliable performance in AC motor control, inverter drives, and automation applications. Its built-in protection for short circuits and under-voltage, along with fault output signaling, enables safer and more robust system design.

Intended for industrial and commercial use, the PS21767 supports AC input ranges in the 100-200 V class (three-phase), making it suitable for small-to-medium power motor drive systems, air conditioning, pumps, and commercial appliances. The design includes a low-loss inverter bridge (CSTBTTM series), optimized thermal path, and an insulated base plate for stable mounting and heat sinking.
