FP100R12KT4 is a 1200V 100A IGBT module from Infineon Technologies, designed for 3-phase inverter systems in industrial drives, motor control, power supplies, and renewable energy applications. Built on Trenchstop IGBT4 technology, this silicon-based power module delivers fast switching, high thermal efficiency, and low conduction losses.
With a collector-emitter voltage rating of 1.2kV and a low saturation voltage of just 1.75V, the FP100R12KT4 ensures optimized performance in high-frequency, high-load environments.
