The MDS300A1600V is a three-phase bridge rectifier module designed for industrial and commercial power electronics applications. With a direct output current rating of 300 A and a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (V_RRM) of 1600 V, this module provides efficient and reliable AC-to-DC conversion.
