BSM25GP120 — 1200 V IGBT Power Module
The BSM25GP120 is a 1200 V IGBT module designed for use in industrial and commercial power electronics. It is built in an EconoPIM2 package and provides reliable switching performance for medium-power inverters, UPS systems, motor drives, and power supplies. The module integrates IGBTs and freewheeling diodes, supporting inverter and brake-chopper functions in a compact form.
