The Semikron SKiiP 11NAB126V1 is a compact, highly integrated IGBT power module designed for three-phase power conversion tasks such as rectification, inverter operation, and brake-chopper functionality. Packaged in a MiniSKiiP II 1 housing, it features a 1200 V blocking voltage, making it well-suited for low- to mid-power motor drives, UPS systems, and compact industrial inverters. Its integration reduces system complexity by combining a three-phase rectifier, a three-phase inverter, and a brake stage in one module, helping designers optimize board space and minimize component count.
Internally, the SKiiP 11NAB126V1 employs IGBT 3 (trench) technology, paired with CAL (Controlled Axial Lifetime) freewheeling diodes to achieve low conduction and switching losses. In addition, the module uses spring-contact terminals, eliminating the need for solder and improving reliability under thermal cycling and mechanical stress. These features ensure efficient thermal performance and long-term stability.
From an application perspective, the module is rated for approximately 8 A in its “M21” variant, according to Semikron’s official specification.
