The RFP250-100 250W is a 250-watt RF termination resistor with a fixed resistance of 100 ohms, suitable for high-power applications across a broad frequency range from DC to 2.0 GHz. It uses a thick-film resistive element on a beryllium oxide (BeO) ceramic substrate to provide excellent heat dissipation, low VSWR, and stable electrical performance.
