KBPC3510 — 35 A / 1000 V Single Phase Metal Case Bridge Rectifier
The KBPC3510 is a single-phase bridge rectifier designed for AC-to-DC conversion in industrial and commercial power systems. It provides a 35 A average output rating and a 1000 V repetitive peak reverse voltage, housed in a metal case with a mounting hole for secure installation and effective heat transfer. With glass-passivated junctions and a low forward voltage drop, the device supports stable operation in power supplies, LED drivers, motor control units, and battery-charging equipment.
The rectifier is built to handle high surge conditions, supporting up to approximately 400 A non-repetitive surge current (8.3 ms half-sine). Its typical forward voltage of around 1.2 V per diode reduces conduction losses under load. The electrically isolated metal case provides case-to-terminal isolation up to about 2500 V, allowing safe integration into high-voltage assemblies. The thermal resistance of roughly 2.0 °C/W (junction-to-case) enables consistent performance when used with appropriate heatsinking.
