FQD50N06 60V 50A N-Channel MOSFET
The FQD50N06 is an N‑Channel MOSFET rated for 60 V drain-to-source voltage and 50 A continuous drain current. It features low RDS(on) of 0.012–0.013 Ω and fast switching characteristics, which help reduce conduction losses and heat in DC circuits. The device is suitable for DC motor drives, power supplies, solar inverters, UPS systems, and electric vehicles.
The MOSFET is packaged in a TO‑252 (DPAK) case, providing efficient thermal dissipation and a compact footprint for space-constrained designs. It can operate at junction temperatures up to 175 °C.
