FP50R12KE3 1200V 50A PIM IGBT Module – Infineon EconoPIM™ 3
The FP50R12KE3 is a high-efficiency 1200 V, 50 A IGBT module from Infineon Technologies. Designed in an EconoPIM™ 3 housing, it integrates a three-phase input rectifier and trenchstop IGBT3 devices for optimized switching performance and compact system design.
This IGBT module features low collector-emitter saturation voltage (V_CE(sat) ≈ 1.7 V) and fast switching characteristics. It supports a compact footprint of 122 mm × 62 mm and includes press-fit pin connectors and a copper baseplate for excellent thermal dissipation and ease of installation.
Engineered for industrial use, the FP50R12KE3 offers low stray inductance and high reliability. It supports fast switching frequency, rugged operation, and industrial-grade performance in renewable energy systems, motor drives, and UPS units.
