The DSEI60-06A is a single-diode, fast recovery device designed using epitaxial FRED (Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diode) technology. It is rated for 600 V repetitive peak reverse voltage and supports an average forward current of 60 A. With a robust TO‑247AD package, the diode offers high surge current capability (up to 550 A), low forward voltage drop (≤ 1.8 V at 70 A), and ultra-fast reverse recovery times of 35–50 ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
This diode is optimized for use in power electronics environments such as SMPS (switched-mode power supplies), motor control units, HVAC drives, and general-purpose power converters.
