The 5KP54A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect electronic circuits from high-energy voltage transients. It supports a 54 V reverse standoff voltage (V<sub>RWM</sub>) and a 5 kW peak pulse power rating with a 10/1000 µs waveform, making it suitable for power electronics exposed to surge and switching events.
