OP320‑A: Industrial HMI Text Display
The OP320‑A is a human‑machine interface (HMI) text display designed for real-time monitoring and control in industrial automation. It supports RS‑232, RS‑422, and RS‑485 communication ports and the Modbus (3X/4X) protocol, providing compatibility with various PLCs for data display and control.
The device features a 3.7‑inch monochrome LCD (192 × 64 pixels) capable of displaying four lines of text with up to 24 English characters per line or 12 Chinese characters. It includes 20 configurable keys for PLC interaction, an alarm information list to display current alarms, and an optional real-time clock (RTC) for time-stamped monitoring.
Operating on DC 22–26 V with a power consumption of ≤ 4 W, the OP320‑A is designed to handle brief power interruptions of less than 20 ms. It meets electrical safety standards with a withstand voltage of AC 1,000 V, 10 mA for 1 minute, and its construction supports industrial environments.
