The SKM400GA12T4 is a SEMITRANS® 4 IGBT module developed by Semikron for use in power electronics applications that require high current handling and stable operation. This 400 A / 1200 V module is based on IGBT4 trench technology with CAL4 diodes and features an isolated DBC baseplate for efficient thermal transfer.
