SKM400GA12T4 — SEMITRANS® IGBT Module
The SKM400GA12T4 is a SEMITRANS® 4 IGBT module developed by Semikron for use in power electronics applications that require high current handling and stable operation. This 400 A / 1200 V module is based on IGBT4 trench technology with CAL4 diodes and features an isolated DBC baseplate for efficient thermal transfer. It is suitable for use in AC inverters, UPS systems, welding equipment, and motor drives.
The module supports switching frequencies up to 20 kHz and includes integrated gate resistors. With its 1200 V collector-emitter blocking voltage and 400 A nominal current rating, the SKM400GA12T4 maintains low switching and conduction losses while ensuring effective heat dissipation through low thermal resistance values.
