The SKM200GAH123DKL is a rugged 1200 V, 200 A N-channel IGBT module from Semikron, designed for high-efficiency DC chopper and inverter systems. It provides ultra-low conduction loss and high short-circuit capability with fast free-wheeling diodes integrated inside the module. Its insulated copper baseplate using direct-bonded copper (DBC) ensures excellent heat dissipation and electrical isolation during operation.
