SKIIP13NAB065V1 — MiniSKiiP® 1 converter / inverter / brake module
The SKIIP13NAB065V1 is a MiniSKiiP® 1 module that combines a three-phase bridge rectifier, brake chopper and three-phase bridge inverter in a single package. It is intended for use in motor drives, UPS systems, inverters and photovoltaic converters where an integrated power stage simplifies assembly and layout.
Rated for a 600 V collector-emitter blocking voltage and a nominal continuous collector current of 24 A, the module’s electrical data (including gate-emitter limits and switching/thermal characteristics) are given in the manufacturer datasheet and should be used to size the device for a specific system and cooling arrangement.
