The SKIIP12NAB126V1 is a MiniSKiiP® power module designed for use in three-phase converter, inverter, and brake-chopper circuits. It uses Trench IGBT technology with integrated freewheeling diodes and comes in the MiniSKiiP II housing with spring-contact terminals. The module is intended for applications in motor drives, compact inverters, UPS systems, and general industrial power electronics.
This module provides 1200 V blocking capability and supports rated currents in the 15 A to 22 A range depending on mounting and thermal conditions.
