Semikron SKiiP 13AC126V1 is a high-power, three-phase bridge inverter module engineered for demanding industrial and commercial applications. Featuring Trench IGBT3 technology within the MiniSKiiP® II housing, it delivers a collector-emitter voltage rating of 1200 V and a continuous current of approximately 25 A (typical) under rated conditions. The module’s robust topology—six-pack/full-bridge with fast trench IGBTs and soft freewheeling diodes—makes it ideal for use in motor inverters, variable speed drives, UPS systems, and other power electronics systems up to ~16 kVA.

Built for reliability, the SKiiP 13AC126V1 includes features such as highly reliable spring contact terminals, robust free-wheeling diodes in “CAL technology,” and a thermal rating with maximum junction temperature up to 150 °C. These combined with tight manufacturing tolerances deliver stability under switching stress, thermal cycling, and high ambient temperatures. Its spring-contact design helps ensure low contact resistance, reduced mechanical stress, and consistent performance in long-term operation.

Efficiency is enhanced through minimized VCE(sat) losses, optimized switching behavior, and the module’s ability to handle full load currents with manageable cooling requirements. The press-fit or spring contacts reduce connection losses; the six-pack configuration allows the module to function as a full bridge/six-switch inverter in a single package, simplifying board layout and reducing external component count. Suitable for commercial systems, industrial motor control, and inverter applications, it balances performance, durability, and energy efficiency.
