FNB41560 — Compact 600 V / 15 A Motion SPM® Inverter Module
The FNB41560 is a compact three-phase Motion SPM® inverter module used in low-power motor-drive applications. It is a fully isolated 600 V / 15 A Smart Power Module that includes short-circuit-rated IGBTs, HVIC gate drivers, bootstrap diodes, an NTC thermistor, and fault reporting. These integrated functions reduce external components and support motor control in appliances, industrial fans, HVAC compressors, and light industrial drives.
The FNB41560 has low conduction and switching losses with optimized IGBT characteristics and a ceramic substrate thermal path. It supports continuous phase current up to 15 A at TC = 25 °C (with current derating at higher case temperatures), short 1 ms peak current capability, and a junction temperature range from −40 °C to +150 °C. With 2000 Vrms isolation and UL recognition, the module can be used in commercial and industrial equipment requiring safety compliance.
For integration, the FNB41560 accepts 3.3 V / 5 V logic inputs with Schmitt-trigger behavior, provides open-drain fault output, and includes separate negative IGBT pins for current sensing. The SPM26-AA (26-PowerDIP) package supports through-hole mounting, and assembly guidance is available from the manufacturer for thermal and mechanical installation.
