PS21564 — Intelligent Power Module (Mini-DIP IPM)
The PS21564 is a Mini-DIP intelligent power module designed for three-phase inverter drives and motor control applications. It integrates 5th-generation IGBTs with built-in gate drivers and protection circuits, supporting up to 600 V and continuous ±15 A operation. Its compact transfer-molded dual-in-line package reduces external component count and enables efficient use in AC100–200 V inverter systems.
The module provides stable performance with low conduction losses (VCE(sat) typically 1.45 V at 15 A, diode VF 1.50 V at 15 A) and defined thermal characteristics (collector dissipation ≈ 22.2 W per chip, junction-to-fin resistance ≈ 4.5 °C/W). It includes under-voltage lockout, short-circuit protection, and fault output functions, as well as 2500 VAC isolation between pins and the heatsink for safe operation.
