The PS21564 is a Mini-DIP intelligent power module designed for three-phase inverter drives and motor control applications. It integrates 5th-generation IGBTs with built-in gate drivers and protection circuits, supporting up to 600 V and continuous ±15 A operation. Its compact transfer-molded dual-in-line package reduces external component count and enables efficient use in AC100–200 V inverter systems.
