LM393 SMD SO8 is a dual voltage comparator IC. It features two independent precision comparators in an SO‑8 surface-mount package. The LM393 comparator IC supports single‑supply voltages from 2 V to 36 V. It also accommodates split supplies between ±1 V and ±18 V.
Each comparator consumes about 0.4 mA supply current independent of supply voltage. The input offset voltage is as low as 2 mV typical (max 5 mV). Input bias current is approximately 25 nA. The input offset current is typically 5 nA.
The device offers a common-mode input range that includes ground. Differential input voltage range equals the supply voltage ±36 V. The open‑collector output can interface with TTL, CMOS, ECL, and DTL logic.
