IRAM256-1567A Integrated Power Module (IGBT, 3-Phase)
The IRAM256-1567A is an integrated power module originally from International Rectifier (now under Infineon Technologies), offering reliable switching in three-phase applications. Rated for 600 V collector–emitter voltage and capable of delivering up to 15 A RMS, this module is suited to compact motor-drive implementations and other high-performance power electronics systems.
Featuring fully embedded gate drivers, bootstrap diodes, and short-circuit/under-voltage protection, the IRAM256-1567A streamlines design by reducing external component requirements. It also incorporates a temperature monitor and fault output to support operational safety and diagnostics.
The module is housed in a SIP-1A package with a molded, isolated structure that simplifies assembly and enhances thermal performance. With an isolation rating of 2 kVrms and a maximum operating case temperature of 125 °C, it is tailored for compact motor-drive applications such as air conditioners and washing machines.
