With a thermal resistance (case-to-heatsink) of just 0.02 K/W, the FS50R12KT3 maintains low junction temperatures even under heavy load, bolstering durability. Its lean 19 nH stray inductance supports fast switching and reduced system noise. The module also features a copper baseplate with AI₂O₃ internal insulation, a 2.5 kVrms isolation rating, and complies with creepage and clearance safety standards.
