The FS150R12KT3 is a three-phase six‑pack IGBT module rated at 1200 V and 150 A continuous current. Built on TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT3 architecture, it features integrated EmCon high-efficiency diodes and delivers low saturation voltage (~1.7 V) under full load.

Designed in Infineon’s EconoPACK™ 3 package (122 × 62 × 17 mm), the module ensures low stray inductance and high thermal performance. It includes integrated NTC sensors for real-time temperature monitoring and screw-mount leads for reliable installation.

With 700 W power dissipation at 25 °C and a continuous collector current of 150 A, the FS150R12KT3 supports demanding applications such as motor drives, UPS systems, welding, HVAC, and renewable energy converters. It withstands industrial environmental stress with operation from –40 °C to +125 °C.
