Infineon FP15R12YT3 IGBT module provides reliable performance in power electronics applications. This module belongs to the EasyPIM™ series and features a 1200 V three-phase configuration. It combines IGBTs, freewheeling diodes, an input rectifier bridge, and a brake chopper in one package. These elements support use in motor drives, inverters, uninterruptible power supplies, and other industrial power conversion systems.
The module uses IGBT3 Fast technology, which gives low saturation voltage and reduced switching losses. This helps keep conduction and switching losses low, supports better efficiency, and allows operation with less heat generation. An integrated NTC thermistor enables temperature monitoring for safe performance. The design suits industrial and commercial environments where consistent operation matters, including automation equipment, HVAC systems, and renewable energy inverters.
Its PIM structure reduces the number of separate components needed, simplifies assembly, and improves system reliability. With a nominal collector current of 15 A and peak capability up to 25 A, along with solid thermal characteristics, the module supports stable operation in various high-power setups.
