BSM25GP120 — 1200 V IGBT Power Module
The BSM25GP120 is a 1200 V IGBT module designed for use in industrial and commercial power electronics. It is built in an EconoPIM2 package and provides reliable switching performance for medium-power inverters, UPS systems, motor drives, and power supplies. The module integrates IGBTs and freewheeling diodes, supporting inverter and brake-chopper functions in a compact form.
This module is specified for a nominal DC collector current of 25 A at Tc = 80 °C and up to 45 A at Tc = 25 °C. With a total power dissipation capability of 230 W and an operating temperature range from −40 °C to +125 °C, it ensures consistent performance under continuous electrical and thermal stress.
