The CP25TD1-24A IGBT Module is a high-efficiency, compact power electronics solution designed for demanding industrial and commercial applications. Built to operate at 1200 V collector-emitter voltage and 25 A continuous current, this module combines outstanding performance with robust reliability, ideal for motor drives, inverters, robotics, and UPS systems.

Featuring a modular design that integrates a three-phase diode converter, three-phase inverter, and brake circuit, the CP25TD1-24A simplifies system architecture while providing accurate current monitoring via open emitter outputs. An NTC thermistor is built in to deliver real-time thermal feedback, enhancing safety and operational stability.

Manufactured using 5th Generation CSTBT chips, this module offers low-loss, fast-switching performance (turn-on delay ~100 ns, rise ~75 ns, turn-off delay ~300 ns, fall ~400 ns), ensuring energy-efficient operation and minimal heat generation. The standard 26-pin DIP, through-hole package is only 5.7 mm thick, offering space-saving integration without sacrificing thermal management.

Despite being an older—but proven—design (now marked "obsolete" in distribution), the CP25TD1-24A continues to excel in tough industrial environments thanks to its RoHS-compliant, lead-free construction, wide operating junction temperature range (–20 °C to 150 °C), and high electrical isolation (2500 Vrms).
