The K2645 is an N‑channel power MOSFET from Fuji Electric designed for high-efficiency switching in industrial and commercial power electronics. Rated at 600 V and 9 A, it reduces conduction and switching losses with a low on-resistance of 0.18 Ω and fast switching speed of 15 ns.
