The 20D751K is a radial disc metal‑oxide varistor (MOV) rated for approximately 750 V clamping voltage (V₁mA) and designed for high-energy surge protection—notably up to 6.5 kA peak current on an 8/20 µs waveform. It protects circuits from transient overvoltages such as lightning strikes, switching transients, and fast voltage spikes .
