Infineon IKA15N60T TrenchStop® Series IGBT
The Infineon IKA15N60T is a high-performance TrenchStop® Series IGBT with a monolithically integrated fast-recovery anti-parallel diode, presented in a Low Loss DuoPack configuration and housed in the P-TO-220-3-31 (TO-220 FullPak) package. Designed for low conduction losses and high-speed switching, it features a typical collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.5 V at 15 A (25 °C), providing efficient power conversion. The IKA15N60T supports industrial and commercial power systems where reliability and thermal stability are critical.
