GBU1010 1000V 10A Bridge Rectifier is an ideal solution for power supplies, AC adapters, and other AC to DC conversion applications. It features high surge current capability of up to 220A, making it suitable for demanding environments. This rectifier is built with a plastic material that meets the UL 94V-0 flammability rating, ensuring safety in your designs. Additionally, it guarantees high-temperature soldering (265°C for 10 seconds), making it easy to integrate into your projects.
With a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of up to 1000V and a maximum average forward rectified current (IF(AV)) of 10.0A with a heatsink (3.2A without), this rectifier is designed to handle high-power applications. It also features a peak forward surge current (IFSM) of 220A, ensuring reliability under transient conditions. The typical thermal resistance (RthJC) is 2.0°C/W, and it can operate within a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, making it suitable for high-temperature environments.
This bridge rectifier comes in a molded GBU plastic body, ideal for P.C. board mounting. To optimize performance, heatsinking is recommended, particularly for high-current applications.
