STARPOWER GD150FFL120C6S IGBT Module
The STARPOWER GD150FFL120C6S is an IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) module designed for industrial and commercial power electronics applications. It is suitable for use in VFD drives (18–22 kW), motor inverters, UPS systems, servo drives, and other power conversion equipment requiring high current and voltage handling capabilities. The module provides reliable operation under heavy load conditions.
This module uses low V<sub>CE(sat)</sub> trench IGBT technology, offering reduced conduction losses and improved efficiency. Its six-in-one module configuration supports integration into three-phase bridge inverters, simplifying wiring and system assembly. The module also features reverse-recovery freewheeling diodes and a low-inductance case to reduce switching losses and electromagnetic interference.
The GD150FFL120C6S supports a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C, ensuring stability under high thermal load. Its positive temperature coefficient for V<sub>CE(sat)</sub> supports safe parallel operation with other modules.
