PLASTIK 70 is a quick-drying, colorless, and transparent acrylic conformal coating designed to provide insulation and protection for power electronics. Its low-viscosity, solvent-based formulation ensures smooth application and uniform coverage on circuit boards while forming a clear, elastic film that does not alter the appearance of the PCB surface.
It protects printed circuit boards, coils, transformers, and other electronic components from moisture, inorganic acids, and caustic vapors. The coating maintains adhesion across a wide temperature range (−40 °C to +60 °C, with short-term exposure up to +100 °C) and reduces the risk of electrical leakage and short circuits.
PLASTIK 70 can be soldered through for modifications, or completely removed using acetone or THINNER FOR PLASTIK 70 for maintenance and repair.
