IRAM256-1567A Integrated Power Module (IGBT, 3-Phase)
The IRAM256-1567A is an integrated power module originally from International Rectifier (now under Infineon Technologies), offering reliable switching in three-phase applications. Rated for 600 V collector–emitter voltage and capable of delivering up to 15 A RMS, this module is suited to compact motor-drive implementations and other high-performance power electronics systems.
